Patrick Schwarzenegger had quite the crew to help him pop the cork on 2016.

Schwarzenegger, 22, celebrated the start of the new year by soaking up some sun in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

He snapped up a storm during his tropical getaway, showing off his festive new hair style, local drinks, and of course, his entourage of friends.

But one group of friends definitely stood out among the rest. Schwarzenegger posted a photo of himself hanging out with Rob Lowe and his family while at an outdoor New Year’s Eve party.

“Love this Lowe family more than anything,” he captioned a photo of himself with his arms around Lowe, 51, along with The Grinder star’s two sons, John Owen and Matthew Edward, and his wife, Sheryl Berkoff.

The group was adorned appropriately for the occasion, with Schwarzenegger wearing a black top hat that read “Happy New Year” and Lowe and Matthew Edward rocking glow sticks around their necks.

But before meeting up with the Lowes in paradise, Schwarzenegger hit the slopes in snowy Idaho while on a “boys trip” with his famous father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and brother Chris.

The trio skied their way down the mountain and proudly posed for a picture when they hit the bottom.

“Boys ski trip,” he captioned a shot of himself with his father and brother, all decked out in snow gear.
