What would you be willing to do for $20,000?
Paris Jackson makes her big screen debut in the upcoming film Gringo — and PEOPLE has an exclusive clip of the actress in her new role.
In the clip, Jackson’s Nelly tries to convince guitar shop worker Miles (Harry Treadaway) to help smuggle drugs back into the United States from Mexico.
“So are you in, or out?” Nelly asks. “You can do this, it’s really not that hard.”
But when Miles hesitates, she ups the payment from $10,000 to $20,000 — making the offer twice as appealing.
“Look, it’s just a couple of pills from Montie’s friend at some lab so we can figure out what’s in it and make his own,” she says. “Plus it’s a free trip to Mexico.”
“If you don’t want 20 grand, that’s your business,” she continues, finally peaking Miles’ interest.
In the upcoming action comedy, Charlize Theron plays Elaine, the head of a pharmaceutical company, who along with Richard (Joel Edgerton), has sent their underling Harold (David Oyelowo) to Mexico to deliver their new weed pill. But in an unexpected turn, Harold gets kidnapped by the cartel and held for a $5 million ransom.
Gringo opens in theaters on March 9.
