Meet Amy Schumer's New Furniture Designer Boyfriend: 'Amy Is So, So Happy,' Says Source

Amy Schumer has a new man!

His name is Ben Hanisch, a 29-year-old furniture designer based out of Chicago, and the Trainwreck star sounds head over heels. “Amy is so, so happy,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She calls him her boyfriend and says he constantly tells her how pretty, sexy and perfect she is. She feels like she hit the jackpot.”

Perhaps most importantly, Hanisch has scored the blessing of her younger sister, Kim Caramele. “Her sister loves him and that’s important because her and her sis are BFF,” adds the source.

The happy couple were spotted together during Schumer’s visit to the White House on Tuesday, where the pair cozied up for a group photo she later shared on Instagram. Schumer also posted the pic on Twitter, captioning, “Fam and man at the whitehizzy.”

On New Year’s Day, Hanisch fawned over his new girlfriend in another sweet Insta post, captioning, “Sometimes in life you get extremely lucky, and the smartest, funniest, most beautiful woman comes along when you least expect it. Here’s to what adventures 2016 brings!”

Schumer commented on the picture, joking, “I’m pregnant. I didn’t know how else to tell you.” She also wrote “I’m pregnant” on a picture Hanisch posted of a dog looking out of an airplane window on Monday.

Hanisch founded a furniture design company called The Last Workshop and had previously been a design consultant for HGTV, according to his LinkedIn.

The Inside Amy Schumer star recently discussed settling down in an interview with Barbara Walters on Thursday. “I would love those things, but I don’t really see it for myself,” she said of starting a family. “I hope that happens, but I don’t know how realistic it is.”

Schumer has previously dated fellow comedian Anthony Jeselnik, and WWE wrestling star Dolph Ziggler.
