Kristen Stewart just can’t stop smiling!

The actress joined Nicholas Hoult at the Venice Film Festival this weekend to promote their their sci-fi drama Equals, and Stewart was smiling throughout the red carpets, dinners and photo calls.

On Friday, Stewart and Hoult, both 25, enjoyed a celebratory meal with the movie’s director, Drake Doremus (best known for 2011’s Like Crazy) at the Hotel Danieli in Venice, Italy, on Friday night.

The co-stars kept it simple in casual wear – both opted for t-shirts and denim as they posed for group photos.

On Saturday, Stewart flashed her grin again during a photo call for the film and carried her smile into the night when she attended the red carpet premiere with Hoult.

In Equals, which is set in a futuristic world where no one has emotions, Stewart and Hoult play two young lovers who are, in fact, able to have feelings. The “syndrome” and the resulting intimacy is outlawed, so they must escape their community rather than be persecuted.

The film has already lined up several buyers before the big premiere, according to Variety. Equals has reportedly nailed 35 territory deals for distribution.

Hoult and Stewart appeared to be fast friends, joking about their on-set chemistry before the movie even began production in 2014.

“It’s always a weird position to be put in any film where the director chooses two people and is saying, ‘Hey, potentially in this world I’m creating you two could fall in love,’ ” Hoult told reporters at a press conference last year. “Sometimes [this kind of situation] feels forced and tricky and awkward, but the kind of environment [director Drake Doremus] created was straightforward and easy. Kristen is a great actress, and that just makes it very relaxed and my job very easy.”
