The upcoming movie about the Gotti crime family is turning into a family affair for the actors, too.

Fiore Films has confirmed that Kelly Preston will join her real-life husband John Travolta, who plays John Gotti Sr., as his onscreen wife. Victoria Gotti, in Gotti: Three Generations.

And not only that – their real-life daughter, Ella Bleu, 11, will play their on-screen daughter, Angel Gotti.

Steve Honig, a spokesman for the production company, says of Preston, 48: “She’s a terrific actress, and she can really do the role justice.”

Adds Marc Fiore, the movie’s producer: “The love and passion between John and Kelly … will bring a huge benefit to John Sr. and his wife, and to tell you the truth, they have a lot in common. They both lost a child at a young age and they understand what the Gottis went thru when the Gottis lost their child.”

Travolta, 57, has been attached to the controversial project for several months. At an earlier press conference before she was cast, Preston said of her husband’s acting: “I think he just inhabits a person so brilliantly He doesn’t really play them. He becomes them.”

Lindsay Lohan will also star in the film, as Kim Gotti, the wife of John Gotti Jr.
