Justin Theroux is getting a lesson in closet makeovers!

In a PEOPLE exclusive clip, the 47-year-old actor joined actress and comedian Amy Sedaris in the upcoming Season 2 premiere of her truTV comedy series At Home with Amy Sedaris.

In the show, Sedaris imparts her best tips for redecorating at home beginning with the smallest room in her house: her closet. There she discovers the ghost of a dead sea captain (Theroux) with a keen eye for home decor. When they bond over curtains, the two end up falling in love — although their relationship is anything but easy.

“I died in here years ago. And it wasn’t a suicide, I can tell you that much, I am perfectly, mentally sound,” Theroux tells her in an English accent after he appears sitting inside of her closet.

Confused and just a little bit shocked, Sedaris, 57, asks, “You’re a ghost living in my closet?”

“No, I’m a sea captain trapped in the realms of the living and the dead living in my closet,” he says. “Now get out, shoo.”

The clip only gets weirder from there with a dirty joke saved for last.

Theroux previously appeared in Season One of Sedaris’ show as a sexually frustrated astronaut.

The second season of At Home with Amy Sedaris premieres on truTV Tuesday, March 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
