John Goodman continued to show off his 100 lb. weight loss on Thursday, at the premiere of his upcoming film, Love the Coopers.
Goodman, 69, displayed his slimmer figure in a pair of jeans, a pink button down and a black suit jacket as he posed on the red carpet.
Recently, the actor has been open about his weight loss journey and fluctuating number, but has kept it light hearted, jokingly telling PEOPLE, “It takes a lot of creative energy to sit on your ass and figure out what you’re going to eat next.”
He also admitted to David Letterman back in 2011 that his 6’2 frame was carrying nearly 400 lbs. at his heaviest.
However, Goodman has clearly worked hard to shed much of the weight.
The Roseanne star also told PEOPLE that his motivation for losing the weight was that he “wanted to live a better life.” So, he cut out sugar and drinking from his diet and started working our six days a week.
“I’m breaking a sweat but I’m not going nuts,” he clarified.
Catch Goodman in Love the Coopers when it hits theaters tomorrow.
