What’s the key to throwing a great Christmas office party? A few decorations, a lot of booze and of course, some seriously talented actors.

Jamie Chung stopped by the People Now studios, where she dished on just what made filming Office Christmas Party so much fun.

“I think what made Office Christmas Party so outrageous is that they had amazing improv comedians part of the show,” she said, giving a nod to costars Kate McKinnon, Sam Richardson, Rob Corddry and more. “The list goes on.”

Chung said having such a hilarious cast kept the set feeling lively during long work days.

“Even Jason Bateman was improvising — and Jennifer Aniston was improvising,” she added.

In the film, Aniston stars as an icy-dispositioned interim CEO Carol who enforces a strict workplace environment and mandates painful layoffs all while the company looks to throw a crazy office Christmas party.

“There’s a bit of chaos toward the end of the movie,” said Chung. “By the end of it, we just burned [the entire set] down.”

Office Christmas Party hits theaters Dec. 9.
