A decade after their Mean Girls characters squared off over the Burn Book, Tina Fey and Lindsay Lohan snapped a sweet selfie together following a chance encounter. (It’s like they have ESPN or something.)

“Lovely running into an inspiring, funny, beautiful old friend!!!! #tinafey” Lohan, the movie’s resident jungle-freak-turned-less-hot-version-of-Regina-George, wrote with her Instagram.

Their castmates have also shown that when the 2004 high school classic’s stars reunite, they have to take a photo. That’s just, like, the rules of feminism.

Amy Poehler proved she’s a cool mom when she posed for a series of selfies with Lizzy Caplan (Janice) and Daniel Franzese (Damien) in August. And Lohan and Franzese met up at New York City’s Bodega Negra in February, captioning their Instagram with the forever relevant quote, “You can’t sit with us.”

Though everyone at North Shore High School felt personally victimized by Regina George, Rachel McAdams has shot down rumors of a rift with Lohan.

“If anything, I was in awe of her talent,”she told Allure for the magazine’s August issue. “I looked at her as this experienced actor, and she had great comedic timing, so natural.”

She can’t help it that she’s so popular.
