Let’s be honest: It’s a lot easier to be brave when you’re acting.

San Andreas star Hugo Johnstone-Burt fully admits his first instincts in the event of a massive earthquake wouldn’t quite be up to The Rock’s standards.

“My first thought would be ‘I’m gonna die,’ ” the 27-year-old Aussie tells PEOPLE, followed by “bowel movements.”

Makes sense since the actor has never experienced an actual earthquake.

“I feel like a bit of a fraud,” Johnstone-Burt reveals. “We don’t get earthquakes back in Sydney, Australia.”

Even though the actor’s never felt the real thing, he got plenty of practice “pretending at them” while filming the earthquake disaster flick, alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Alexandra Daddario.
