The former couple, who filed for divorce in April 2015 after announcing their ‘conscious uncoupling‘ in 2014, have reached a settlement in their pending divorce. According to a court document filed by Paltrow, the couple have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and child support, and agreed that neither will ever ask for spousal support. The last step in the dissolution of their 10-year marriage will be a final judgement from the court. Paltrow and Martin have remained amicable since their split, often celebrating holidays and birthdays as a family. Earlier this year, Paltrow and the kids accompanied Martin on the first leg of his band’s tour in Peru and Argentina.
