Hawn, 73, shared a video on Instagram Sunday wishing her longtime love a happy 68th birthday. “Happy birthday my honey! I love you ❤️” captioned Hawn in the sweet post. In the video, a Hawaiian shirt clad Russell looks into the camera as Hawn asks him what day it is. “My birthday, March 17, 2019, I think it’s Sunday,” Russell says as Hawn laughs and pans the camera around to show off the view. “And what are we doing? We’re tasting wine in Maui. How beautiful is this, honey? Look at these little Hawaiian doodads.” “No honey, they’re totems,” Hawn corrects him and laughs as he continues calling them “doodads.” “I don’t know what to do with him but I’m having fun,” Hawn says as she turns the camera on herself. Hawn and Russell have been together for over 30 years after falling in love on the 1983 set of Swing Shift. At the time, Hawn was already a mother of two — to Kate and Oliver Hudson, her children with second husband Bill Hudson — and she told PEOPLE in 2017 that it was Russell’s interaction with her kids that made her fall for him. “What really got me was when I watched my kids when they’d come to the set and how he was with them. He was amazing with them. He was such a natural,” Hawn recalled.
