Paging members of the media!

Ewan McGregor proved to be the ultimate trouper when he schlepped to the New York City press day of his new film Trainspotting 2 amid a massive winter snowstorm Tuesday — only to discover that he was pretty much a party of one.

The actor took to Instagram and cracked how the press were nowhere to be seen at the hotel location, snapping pics of empty hallways lined with rows of seats that would have otherwise been bustling with media traffic.

“Well I am here! @t2trainspotting NYC,” the 45-year-old actor captioned one shot, which showed at least one other person waving on the other end of the hall as he stood next to the film’s poster.

“T2 press day. NY. Where are the press though?” he quipped in a caption for another pic.

(Other stars, however, opted to stay home and share glimpses of the bone-chilling scenery, taking to social media to post pics of the view from their windows and homes.)

Trainspotting 2 reunites McGregor with his fellow castmates as well as director Danny Boyle, nearly 20 years after the first film debuted in theaters and turned McGregor into a star.

Given today’s Trainspotting 2 press-day turnout, we’re guessing that McGregor will need to pull into this station one more time for a redux once the weather clears up.
