The True Blood actress, 27, was seen holding hands with actor Michael Thomas Grant while out together at The Grove in West Hollywood on Tuesday. The Golden Globe winner kept it casual in a backwards hat, sunglasses, black pants and sneakers, while her pal sported a checkered button-down shirt and navy slacks. It turns out the duo is currently starring together in L.A. in theater company For the Record’s Dear John Hughes, a concert-style performance made to commemorate famous films of the late director, including Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Pretty in Pink. The Across the Universe actress Tweeted a shot from the show alongside Grant on Thursday. She captioned the photo, “The Geek and the Basketcase,” an ode to their respective characters. Wood was recently linked to Ray Donovan actress Katherine Moennig, 37. Last May, she separated from her husband Jamie Bell, 29, with whom she has a 2 ½-year-old son.
