The How I Met Your Mother alum says Saturday Night Live star Taran Killam couldn’t be happier that she’s continued to sign up to play Maria Hill in the blockbuster Avengers and Captain America movies. “In terms of being in these movies, I will say that my husband, I think, finds me more attractive than ever,” Smulders, 33, deadpanned Tuesday at a special New York screening of Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, presented by Cinema Society and Audi. “He’s a comic fan. That’s his world – he loves it.” What’s more, the funnyman shamelessly accepts the perks his wife receives from being in the major movie franchise. “He also gets great tickets to all these screenings and gets to see the movie earlier than the rest of his friends,” she says. “That’s pretty cool.” The actress herself is also a huge fan, of course. “Anybody who grows up loving the comic book characters, it’s just an exciting thing to be a part of,” she says. Smulders – who recently revealed her battle with ovarian cancer at age 25 – was upbeat and glowing at the event, just months after welcoming her second child, a son, with Killam. Avengers: Age of Ultron, which also stars Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans, hits theaters Friday. RELATED VIDEO: How Is Chris Hemsworth Changing Things in Avengers: Age of Ultron?
