Cinderella is back on the big screen. Prince Charming’s main squeeze first appeared on film in 1899, but she is probably best known for the 1950 Disney animated adaptation of her story.

Now the company is giving the classic princess tale another go with its 2015 live-action version starring Lily James, Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter and Richard Madden.

It’s hard to believe that a fairy tale this well-known, played out and beloved would have any mystery surrounding it, but there are still so many burning Cinderella questions.

While the Web is all riled up about how James got her waist so small for the title role, I have other concerns.

Sadly, since Cinderella happens to be a fictional character, interviewing the princess is relatively impossible, but that didn’t stop me from trying. If Cinderella were able to waltz into the PEOPLE office for a Barbara Walters-esque one-on-one, here are the tough questions I would ask.

First, what is the Disney princess secret to being a beautiful sleeper? Pigtails? Because I haven’t figured it out yet.

Why are glass shoes part of your dream outfit? Wouldn’t you rather wear something more comfortable like flats or Uggs?

Also, why does everyone in the palace think no one else has your shoe size? There has to be another size 6 out there somewhere, right?

Aren’t you concerned the Prince only remembers your feet, even though he was staring at your face all night?

Don’t you wish your Fairy Godmother showed up a tad bit sooner, before things got really out of hand with your stepmom?

Have you ever thought of becoming an animal psychologist?

Sleeping Beauty got three fairy godmothers, and you only got one. What’s up with that?

Were you ever tempted to ride your pumpkin carriage out of town and try the dating scene elsewhere?

We know he is Prince Charming, but what’s his real name?

While we’re on the topic of names … Cinderella is just a cruel nickname your stepmother created to mock you, so what’s your real name? Doesn’t it bother you going by Cinderella?
