The actor, 41, and model, 30, are coming up on their one-year mark together, as they were first romantically linked in April. And since getting together, the two haven’t been shy about showing their love for one another. The two recently dispelled breakup rumors with a PDA-packed week in New York City, where they were seen getting cozy in a restaurant, visiting museums and, of course, kissing.
