Although Affleck, 44, recently moved out of the family’s Los Angeles guesthouse into a home of his own, he still spends a lot of time with his ex Jennifer Garner and their children. “He often pops over [to the family house] for breakfast before the kids head to school,” a source tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story. They continue to co-parent and respect each other. I think some would be surprised to see how close their relationship remains.”
