Bella Thorne Calls Out Hollywood's Regina George, Who Could the Real-Life 'Mean Girl' Be?
"She's never had to work for anything in her life," said Bella Thorne of the mystery girl
Bella Thorne just put an unnamed Hollywood mean girl on blast, and now the Internet is working hard to uncover her identity.
The Midnight Sun actress dished about this real life Regina George in Seventeen Magazine’s December 2015/January 2016 issue. While she chose not to name the bully, she did leave a trail of clues.
“She’s in the business, and she’s very, very mean. I stay away from her at all costs. I never say hello to her,” Thorne, 18, told the magazine.
“Her siblings are not mean like she is. It’s just her,” she adds. “One of the reasons I don’t like her is because she’s been a billionaire since she was very little, and she’s never had to work for anything in her life.”
Thorne has already put the kibosh on one possible suspect, tweeting that the mean girl in question is definitely not a member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan. “I adore the Jenner girls especially @KylieJenner,” she posted Tuesday afternoon.
With Jenner crossed off the list, amateur detectives are turning their attention to another young model who seems to fit the bill: Gigi Hadid. Hadid is certainly “in the business,” comes from a wealthy family, and has several siblings, including a younger sister, Bella, who’s known to be friends with Thorne.
Other notable suspects include Ariana Grande, known for alleged diva behavior, actress sisters Rooney and Kate Mara, whose family owns two NFL teams, and Miley Cyrus, who’s got some help along the way from her dad, Billy Ray.
The Blended actress also remained tight-lipped when it came to discussing some trust issues with a mystery ex-boyfriend.
“An ex of mine and I knew each other’s phone passwords, and he was constantly going through my phone,” she said. “I learned not to do that because anything can be misread.”
She added: “The ex and I also had a ‘Don’t talk to the opposite sex’ rule, so if a guy I was working with wrote me, it would be a big problem.”
But luckily, she doesn’t seem to have this problem with her current beau. Thorne is dating Faking It actor Gregg Sulkin, and she says they have enough trust between them that they don’t feel a need to snoop on each other.
“Gregg has my password, but he doesn’t go through my phone,” she said.
