Ron Howard‘s got a whale of a tale to share.

The acclaimed director released a trailer Tuesday via Twitter for In the Heart of the Sea, his latest film that’s based on the nonfiction book In the Heart of the Sea: The Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex by Nathaniel Philbrick.

He then asked his followers to weigh in about the movie, which stars PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive, Chris Hemsworth in the true life story of a whaleship from Nantucket that was attacked by a sperm whale in 1820.

The movie, which is scheduled for release in March, also stars Cillian Murphy.
