A Canadian mom got the sweetest surprise when she attempted to record one of her yoga sessions.
Carly Gray simply wanted to capture her headstand practice, but her 2-year-old son, Jude, just couldn’t keep away from the camera. Facebook footage of the sweet incident showed little Jude crawling back and forth in front of the camera unbeknownst to his mother who was busy practicing her poses.
“He was pretty pleased with himself,” Gray told ABC News. “I couldn’t see him but I heard him crawling around making a commotion. I figured he was playing with his toys or trying to do some yoga with me, but I didn’t expect him to be doing that.”
In the video, little Jude appeared to have the time of his life as he quickly crawled in and out of the camera’s view. He sported a wide smile as his mother continued her poses.

“I checked the camera afterward and couldn’t believe it,” Gray told the site. “I died laughing. It’s so silly.”
She said that Jude knows how to walk so he had to purposely get down to the cameras level to play. Although he hasn’t shown much interest in the camera before, Gray said he often takes part in her yoga sessions.
“He always tries to do headstands with me,” she said. “If I tell him to do yoga moves, he’ll instantly go down into downward dog. He’s definitely a little yogi-in-training.”
