Whitney Port is decorating her home for the holidays.

After revamping the master bedroom and nursery in the Studio City, California, house that she shares with husband Tim Rosenman and their baby boy, Sonny, Port has taken on her next major makeover.

“This holiday season I’m actually redoing my entire kitchen,” says the former Hills star, who teamed up with Lowes to make the overhaul happen.

While she admits she, “had no idea of what I wanted,” she does have one detail totally decided on: her savings strategy.

“I love taking advantage of all the great Black Friday sales and discounts,” she says. “I recommend going after big ticket items like appliances and smart home products — you can often get them for half the price!”

But like any renovator, Port is still in the works of choosing her final details. To see a sneak peek at what she has in the works, check out these 6 items she’s loving so far:
