As always, the guys from Million Dollar Listing New York are bringing the drama.

In this exclusive clip from tonight’s episode, Ryan Serhant finds himself taking on a listing that previously belonged to big-time broker and fellow cast mate Fredrik Eklund.

“He had it on the market for four months, none of the units sold,” Serhant, 39, said. “So I am now here to save the day.”

The property is made up of “four really big homes” and the amenities? Eh, they’re nothing special: built-in iPad command centers, windows with automatic rain sensors, heated towel racks, in-ceiling speakers and closets that light up when opened.

“I can’t for the life of me figure out why Fredrik couldn’t sell them,” Serhant said. “Maybe he couldn’t figure out how to turn them all on.”

This listing could land Serhant with a significant chunk of change — and it’s bound to stir up a little trouble between Serhant and Eklund, 39.

Million Dollar Listing New York airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
