Tracy Morgan's Bergen County, New Jersey, home is a playful palace designed with his family in mind. In this week's issue of PEOPLE, the 30 Rock and The Last O.G. star, 50, pulls up for his exclusive home tour in a Rolls Royce with wife Megan, 32, and daughter Maven, 5 in some hot wheels over her own.
The stately home's lower level is filled with spectacular spaces perfect for entertaining family and friends, including a private two-lane bowling alley — the feature Megan says drew Tracy to the property when they purchased it in 2015.
Anyone can roll a strike in "Morgan Lanes" with the help of a dinosaur-shaped ramp!
In the billiards area, a custom pool table holds one of sea life-obsessed Tracy's many custom aquariums. Two platinum alligator gar — a type of fish that can breathe both air and water — and a catfish reside inside. In the backyard a 20,000-gallon tank holds 8 sharks.
The actor's love for "old-school Hollywood" also plays a role in this space. The faces of Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Frank Sinatra appear in 3-D, floor-to-ceiling sculptures.
The home theater has a state-of-the-art projector and a concession stand with cotton candy and popcorn machines. The seats have built-in woofer speakers. "You don't just hear the sound, you feel it," says Tracy.
The lower level was designed to evoke an "under the sea" feel by Michael Corrales of Unlimited Furniture Group, who decked out the entire 22,000 square foot house. The wallpaper, seen here behind one of Tracy's many arcade games, evokes ripples or waves, while the flooring looks like driftwood.
"My father got me into marine life, and plus, my great-great-grandfather is Jacques Cousteau," he jokes. "Jacques Cousteau Morgan!"
Despite all of his 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom property's elaborate features, Tracy knows what really matters most in his home life. "All this is for my wife and my daughter," he says. "I'm so happy they live here."
And the Morgans are definitely here to stay. "It's going to be in our family forever."
