Tamron Hall's Mother's Day Picks
For a socially distanced Mother's Day this year, the Tamron Hall Show host, 49 - who welcomed her son Moses last April - plans on enjoying "dinner at home," followed by a Zoom call with her mom, she tells PEOPLE.
As a first-time mother, the star has plenty of gift ideas for new parents - including a variety of products she uses herself.
Blue Apron Meal Kit Delivery
"This meal kit took a lot of stress off me. I enjoy cooking and by the time Moses was taking longer naps, it was a relief," says Hall. And it saves mom a trip to the grocery store!

A Gift That Gives Back
Right now especially, she notes, gifters may want to also help support other moms who are struggling or in difficult situations, if they're able.
"Safe Horizon is the largest organization helping to provide shelter and support to survivors of domestic violence and their families," Hall explains to PEOPLE. "For me, the challenges of motherhood are many but for those who are facing life away from an abuser and trying to start a new life, it's an unimaginable journey. It's been important to me to keep those women and those families in my heart and in my mind. I will always work to support them in any way I can."
