Rihanna's Former Home Has Sold for $11 Million, Far Below the Asking Price
Inside the Pop Star's Former Palace
Rihanna purchased this ultramodern Pacific Palisades mansion in 2012, but her non-stop touring schedule allowed her to spend little time there. While she was away, the singer rented the place for $65,000 a month before eventually selling it in 2014, amid reports of trespassers and stalkers showing up at the property. Now, it has sold for $11.175, well below it's $14.6 asking price.
The elevated and expansive pool area makes a grand impression. It features an outdoor kitchen, a hot tub over which water pours from the roof above and a pool lined in dramatic fountains.
Living the Good Life
The open living spaces, including this gracious lounge area, seamlessly connect indoors and out. A large bar services guests in several adjacent seating areas.
Possibly the home's most unique feature, an elevated putting green, allows golf lovers to practice their game without going beyond the home's security gates.
Best Seat in the House
Two refrigerators, two ovens and endless storage make this large, modern cook space a chef's dream. Riri's been known to cook up some mac n' cheese, seafood dishes, and even a full Thanksgiving dinner, but this kitchen certainly looks no worse for wear.
Grand Gathering Place
The light-filled dining area is well-suited to large family dinners. It also boasts a full-size wine fridge.
Add Your A-List Wardrobe
A must for any fashion icon, the dramatic, red walk-in closet might just fit Rihanna's expansive and eccentric wardrobe.
Watch the Throne
The songstress's master suite might be the home's crown jewel. Who wouldn't want to sleep in the open air and wake up poolside? The throne-like chaise would certainly be a perfect perch for music royalty.
