WATCH: 'RHONY'' s Luann D'Agostino's New Hamptons Home Has One 'Spectacular' Thing Her Old $9.45 Million Mansion Lacked

The reality star gives a tour of her stunning Sag Harbor retreat

Luann D'Agostino knows how to summer.

The Real Housewives of New York star, 52, steps in as guest host of real estate junkie series Open House this weekend, but before she could introduce the beautiful beach homes of other notable design folks, the countess couldn't help but share her own new place in the village of Sag Harbor.

Back in 2014, she gave a tour of her $9.45 million Bridgehampton home, which was originally a barn that the RHONY star had transported to Long Island from Pennsylvania. Though the estate clocked in at an impressive 6,500 square feet, its farmland lot lacked one thing her new pad has plenty of: water views.

"The crown jewel is this spectacular dock," she notes of the 19th-century Greek Revival house. "It offers magnificent views of Sag Harbor Cove and is the perfect place to take in Hamptons sunsets."

To see the full tour of her home, check out the video above, and for many more jaw-dropping East End retreats, tune in to Open House Sunday, August 6 at 9AM on NBC4NY.
