RHOBH's Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky List Their Bel-Air Home for $6.9 Million
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Are Saying Goodbye to Their Beverly Hills Home
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky are leaving the 90210 behind, putting their California mansion up for sale with a price tag of $6.995 million (or for $50,000 per month as a rental).
Though one of the top realtors in the world, Mauricio is not the one selling his own home. The property is listed with Mauricio's company The Agency, but his daughter Brittany Aldjufrie and father Eduardo Umansky are the two managing the sale.
The 6,250-square-foot elengant 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom house is tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac, according to the listing. Inside, a foyer showcases an opulent stairwell, soaring 20-foot ceilings, and newly-installed Carrara marble and black granite floors which set the tone for the custom-designed living space.
The great room boasts chic neutral furnishings and hand-painted walls with touches of glam throughout (like the grand piano and gilded marble fireplace), all designed by pal Faye Resnick.
Hardwood floors, exposed beams, and traditional wood overdoors follow into a lush dining room (with it's own fireplace, natch). A classic bar area also has its own stone fireplace, which it pairs with built-in bookshelves and a bar for entertaining.
Hungry for More?
A popular hangout for Richards on RHOBH is her cozy chef's eat-in kitchen. With it's custom white cabinetry, Carrara marble counterops and large island flowing into a dining area, the space has a breezy and bright feel.
Room with a View

Two en-suite bedrooms and private maid's quarters grace the downstairs, while the upstairs has it's own seleciton of four spacious sleeping spaces — like the master bedroom (yes, it has its own fireplace). There's also an office and custom dressing room.
Among the many bathrooms is the marvelous marble bathroom with dual walk-in closet and soaking tub.
In the backyard, get your tennis gear and head to the private court — lighted for nightime plays. There's also a putting green for those who prefer to swing a golf club rather than a tennis racket.
Backyard Ready for Bashes
Richards' expansive backyard (with a large swimming pool and spa, dining and lounge terraces) has been the scene of many a White Party over the years.
