Bethenny Frankel Lists Her New York City Apartment
Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel has listed her New York City apartment for $6.95 million. The 3,600-square-foot property she once shared with ex Jason Hoppy was a sticking point in the former couple’s drawn-out divorce, which was settled in July 2016. Nestled in one of Tribeca’s “most sought after boutique condo loft buildings,” according to the listing on Douglas Elliman, it also boasts some famous neighbors: Jay-Z and Beyoncé own an apartment in the complex.
The kitchen in Frankel’s former home boasts plenty of natural light, as well as high-end appliances any home chef would enjoy. A built-in espresso machine and full-size wine fridge that can hold 180 bottles also top the list of amenities in this open, airy space.
Four bedrooms are found inside the plush pad, however the floor plan can be configured to include a fifth. The two smaller bedrooms are connected through a jack-and-jill-style bathroom, with this sleeping spot showcasing fun monkey-theme wallpaper.
A chalkboard wall in the second bedroom makes for a great kid-friendly feature, most likely enjoyed by Frankel and Hoppy’s daughter, Bryn.
Light, Bright Bedroom
One wall of the master bedroom consists of closets, while a line of windows on the opposite side provide unobstructed views of the NYC neighborhood.
Storage-Packed Dressing Room
The master flows seamlessly into a walk-in dressing room that offers all the features any fashion-loving girl could dream of.
A spa-like master bath include dual sinks, a soaking tub and a separate steam shower for total relaxation.
Room for More
The loft space with central air, a laundry room and private storage room make for a pretty spectacular addition. Here, it’s outfitted as a home office.
