You're a Wizard, Peyton! Manning Is an 'Uncoachable' Hogwarts Student in New Super Bowl Spot
The NFL legend plays a "vacation quarterback" in Universal Orlando's Super Bowl LII commercial
Peyton Manning is a “vacation quarterback” in a new Super Bowl ad released by Universal Orlando Resort.
The silly spot sees the NFL star, who retired after his 2016 championship win with the Denver Broncos, coaching a family on how to make the most of the Florida theme park.
“You know I really wanted to play quidditch, but we’re kind of a a football family,” he notes, heading into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Though it quickly becomes clear it’s a good thing he’s stuck to muggle endeavors, as he attempts to master a simple spell and gets told, “You’re uncoachable,” by a ruthless young Gryffindor.
Manning may be a football legend, but he’s also a commercial all-star — he’s promoted Mastercard, Nationwide, Gatorade and Sprint among others.
Watch the full ad above to see how he fairs against Transformers, Jurassic Park dinosaurs and coasters.
