The boys are back and they’re bringing the drama. And, in this exclusive clip, the unbearable secondhand awkwardness.

On the season premiere of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, which airs Thursday night at 9/8c on Bravo, everyone’s favorite Brits, James and David, find themselves in a $45 million, 21,000-square-foot mansion — a home that would be their biggest sale ever — if they can land it.

Their potential client, Manny, knows he’s holding onto a property any of the show’s agents would die to list. “There are a lot of beautiful houses and estates and mansions, but there is nothing like this,” he tells the guys, who have also invited their boss, real estate magnate and husband to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’s Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, along for the meeting.

The 8-bedroom, 13-bath house has a library, a private courtyard, a gym and, unbeknownst to the realtors, a listing agent already in place. Cue the long, awkward stares that will have you cringing from the sofa. But then, if you can’t handle the drama, stay out of the episode.

Check back here Thursday and Friday for exclusive interviews with the MDL:LA realtors Josh Flagg and Josh Altman, and tune in to Bravo Thursday night at 9/8c to see how the poolside showdown plays out in the season premiere.
