"There are a lot of beautiful houses and estates and mansions, but there is nothing like this," he tells the guys, who have also invited their boss, real estate magnate and husband to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills's Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, along for the meeting. The 8-bedroom, 13-bath house has a library, a private courtyard, a gym and, unbeknownst to the realtors, a listing agent already in place.
