The West family is taking a green approach to their Christmas wrapping this year!

Kim Kardashian revealed on her Instagram Stories on Friday that instead of covering the family’s gifts to one another in traditional paper wrappings, they are all opting for cloth wrapping instead.

“West holiday wrapping this year!” the mother of four wrote along with a photo of several gifts wrapped in the beige-colored cloth coverings.

“Each year every family member picks a color and vibe so we know who the gifts are from. This year we chose creamy velvet,” the Skims designer, 39, added.

Earlier this month, the beauty mogul revealed how she decorated her and husband Kanye West‘s minimalistic Hidden Hills, California home for the holidays.

Kim showed off several abstractly designed, monochromatic trees lining the hallway of their house. Kim added that the trees, made of a soft, plush fabric, were custom-made and previously used for the family’s 2018 Christmas Eve party.

“I love these. They’re so whimsical, like Whoville, but all white,” she said on her Instagram Stories at the time, referencing the famous fictional town created by Dr. Seuss in How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

While Kim’s decorations don’t feature the traditional red and green color scheme, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star included a light display on live trees outside of her house as well as the spray-painted white tree in her living room.

“It’s so pretty,” she said of the tree.

Last week, she and Kanye revealed their family Christmas card featuring all four kids. For the sweet picture, all six family members coordinate in gray sweatsuits, save for the 42-year-old rapper, who wears a white shirt.

“The West Family Christmas Card 2019,” both Kim and her rapper husband, captioned the cute snap, in which North, 6, Saint, 4, and Psalm, 7 months are all smiles while Chicago, 2 next month, holds a cookie as she looks at the camera.
