In-between touring and planning her Tennessee ceremony, the country singer and blogger BFF Elsie Larson of A Beautiful Mess were hard at work making over her Nashville dining room to better suit both her and her now husband's combined tastes. 02 of 07 Sittin' Pretty Amber Ulmer While her living room is literally pretty in pink, this sitting space exudes a more rustic vibe. “The dining room table is from West Elm,” Larson wrote on her blog. “It was the first piece Kacey fell in love with, so we built the room around it.” 03 of 07 Test for the Best Amber Ulmer The pom-pom curtains add a whimsical vibe, while the vintage rugs add pattern and a pop of color. The duo used the service Apple & Oak to try out floor coverings before buying, which Larson says, “is incredibly helpful." 04 of 07 Open Layout Amber Ulmer Bar stools from Wayfair top off the neural breakfast bar and delineate the kitchen and dining room. 05 of 07 Natural Elements Amber Ulmer “The live edge benches were a lucky find,” says Larson, who found the southern-style focal point pieces on Wayfair. “They are so unique and even prettier in person!” 06 of 07 Put a Record On Amber Ulmer Although she originally had her record player in the living room, Musgraves opted to move it atop a media console in a nook off the eating area. “[It] makes a lot of sense, because listening to records while you’re cooking dinner is pretty much the best thing ever,” Larson reasons. 07 of 07 Newlywed Retreat Amber Ulmer A gilded light fixture serves as the glam finishing touch for the boho-chic spot where the "Follow Your Arrow" singer and her husband can unwind. “It finally feels like a home in here!” Larson recalls Musgraves “yelled” once they completed the project.
