Nursery Inspo? The Cutest Kids' Rooms Joanna Gaines Designed on Fixer Upper
Our favorite Joanna Gaines-designed nursery might not technically be a Fixer Upper creation, but it's still got plenty of the designer's personal touches - after all, she created it for new baby Crew! The minimalist French bouncer by Charlie Crane garnered tons of fan raves (and plenty of chic copycats, who snapped up the $250 find instantly.)
ONE NICE NURSERY
During season 2 of their HGTV series Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna Gaines (who announced the birth of their new son on Saturday!) transformed a dark room into a calming nursery for a couple's baby on the way.
Blue walls with white trim brightened the space, metal crates were hung on the wall for storage and a crystal chandelier was relocated from the original dining room.
Talk about a cool kid's room! A sign about superheroes, sleek metal details and the child's name on the wall made this space extra-special — and extra-accessible — for Lawson, whose family was featured on season 5 with Tim Tebow and his foundation.
The young boy and his older brother both had a genetic condition that affects their ability to stand and walk on their own.
LET'S GET BUNK-Y
PRETTY IN PINK
The Gaineses turned a former barn into a house in season 3, creating a LEGO wall in a child's room that resembled the front of the family home.
This girl's room in a season 5 episode was extra-special to Joanna: She designed it for her niece!
A kitchen was turned into a guest room in this season 4 episode featuring a couple of empty nesters. Two sets of bunk beds in one room made it the perfect space for visiting adult children (and grandchildren!).
INTO THE WOODS
In this season 5 episode of Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna actually built a house from the ground up. A must on the owners' list? A play area for their grandkids, which Joanna delivered in the form of this rustic room.
