Jimmy Fallon Picks His Favorite Holiday Gifts for Every Member of the Family
The Tonight Show host, children's book author and father of two shares his finds exclusively with PEOPLE
"One-third of your life is spent sleeping, so might as well do it right and get the best, most comfortable pajamas! (And because of COVID, I’d say at this point, we’re spending two-thirds of our life in pajamas.) These are the best. I teamed up with Alex Mill on these pajamas and made sure that they have pockets — in the front, in the back and on the shirts — so you can carry your things. Best of all, 100 percent of net proceeds benefit Feeding America."

A Bedtime Story
"In 5 More Sleeps, I try to describe what those last nights are like before Christmas as a kid — you’re so anxious, you cannot wait for it to happen, you want it to happen tomorrow, but no, you have to be patient. The book is about a little boy and his sister being excited for Christmas. They have five more sleeps left and are going through all of those feelings as they count down. And the artwork is great too!"
This holiday season, Fallon and his publisher, Macmillan, will support nonprofit First Book and its Give a Million campaign, with the goal of giving 1 million books to kids in need.

Keys to Get Down On
"I’m lucky enough to have FAO Schwarz right in our office at 30 Rock, so now and then I get to go to the best toy store in the entire world! But if you can’t make it to New York, you can order online, and the thing to get is the big piano. It’s something you can lay out and every kid will want to play with it — and it will make the adults feel like kids again too."

Pizza Night Essential
"A pizza stone is a great thing to have! You can let it live in your oven and you don’t have to take it out, but when you get it cranked up really hot, it makes for an evenly cooked pizza. What I do is go to my local pizzeria and buy the dough, sauce and cheese — then it’s fun to actually make it with your kids in your house."

"Krause’s Chocolates are from Saugerties, New York, where I grew up. It is the best chocolate you can buy. I’m telling you, it should be up there on any list. It’s special, it’s homemade with real ingredients, it’s just the greatest — and it reminds me of where I grew up. If you want to help a small business, it doesn’t get much smaller than Krause’s Chocolates."

"The Whirley Pop popcorn maker is the best one on the market. It’s fun because it has a hand crank on it, so kids can stand with an adult and spin out the kernels to make the perfect popcorn. I also like to use the special movie theater popcorn, which I think works best and comes with the salt and oil and smells great when it’s cooking. Kids get so excited every time you make it."

"My wife had these mugs made up and they’re all over the house. We have coffee out of them, the kids have juice out of them and we all have soup out of them. They are all random pictures of our family, so you never know who you’re going to get — you could get Grandma, you could get Grandpa, the whole family, or just the kids. When Justin Timberlake comes to visit me, he always gets mine."

"Vintner’s Daughter is expensive but worth it if you want to give this gift to a family member who really cares about their face. You just use four little drops so it will last a long time, and it has such a great scent! It just makes you feel like you’re going to have a good day. So, if you like to splurge, anyone who knows their skincare will know that this is a great gift."

"The Incredibles video game is one of the best ones out there as far as LEGO video games go — it’s both Incredibles movies rolled into one giant game that will keep your kids entertained for hours and hours. Even I was getting into it! It’s so fun and it’s great for kids because the characters never die (the LEGO pieces just fall apart and get back together) and kids have to use their brains to solve different puzzles. They also get to fight crime and be superheroes!"

"My friend bought this for us and I love it. The kids can choose who they want to star in their story, choose their adventure, then press go and it will tell a story. There are also upgrades you can get, so there are basically endless stories. And it’s fun because every now and then, when you’re done reading 5 More Sleeps, you can get a little break and have someone else read your kid a story."

"This is a cute little box that you hook up to an app on your phone so no matter where you are — at work, out of town — you can send sweet messages to someone you love. I use it all the time for the kids and they love it. The heart spins when there’s a message from you and they run to the box when they see it spinning, open it up, read the message and laugh — and then await the next love message!"
