The Fantastic 4 actress reportedly purchased the home for $4 million over ten years ago
Jessica Alba is saying goodbye to her Beverly Hills home.
According to the outlet, Alba and her husband, film producer Cash Warren, have not lived in the home for some time, as they purchased and moved into a 9,000-square-foot home, also in Beverly Hills, in 2017.
The 5,000-square-foot home was built in the 1970s, and is situated on nearly a half-acre of land. Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Mark Alba (her dad!) of Alba Realty hold the listing.
The Mediterranean-style home’s foyer boasts stone floors and arched doorways to a formal living room. A home office flanked by built-in bookshelves also sits in the middle of the house, offering outdoor views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

A massive U-shaped island (with a zig-zagged area for counter seating) is the centerpiece of the practically all-white kitchen, which leads into the formal dining room.
Through the dining room’s french doors, there’s a sprawling outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and patio area with patterned black and white tile.
In the star-worthy backyard, the property features an in-ground pool that’s surrounded by palm trees, giving it island hideaway vibes in the middle of California.
The home’s master bedroom is complete with a sitting area, two walk-in closets and a black-and-white patterned fireplace, along with French doors that lead to a private terrace. The en suite marble bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub and a double vanity.
Alba and Warren, who share daughters Honor, 10, and Haven, 7, and son Hayes, 1, also reportedly owns a 13-acre plot of land in the mountains of Beverly Hills, as well as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that they rent out fully furnished for $11,000 per month.
