What better place to nurse your supermodel jet lag than a Beverly Hills mansion?

Karlie Kloss is the latest star to take up residence in a gorgeous home instead of a 5-star hotel, courtesy of Airbnb. The model recently touched down in Los Angeles to shoot her new Netflix show, Bill Nye Saves the World, after a stint in Asia (during which she stomped the streets of Tokyo wearing space buns and a dragon-print silk jacket with sister Kimberly and visited Hello Kitty in Taiwan) and crashed in true superstar style, at a sprawling 5-bedroom home with a pool worth a cool $10 million.

The contemporary villa is decked out in luxe furnishings, suitable for a crowd (the house sleeps 10) or a party (it’s available for events, fyi). Karlie’s temporary retreat also features a fireplace in the master bedroom, where the bed sits on a raised platform and French doors lead directly out onto the terrace.

In a video thank you note posted on Instagram, Kloss says “Thank you Airbnb for this complimentary stay. I’ve had the most fabulous time in L.A.,” and explains why it’s so nice to have a house to herself, “I live out of a suitcase most of the time, so it’s really nice to have a real house and a fabulous pool.”

A massive kitchen and multiple dining spaces make the house ideal for entertaining an, ahem, squad of L.A.-based friends. Though the home’s location, north of Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, also means there’s no shortage of celeb-studded dining and nightlife institutions nearby.

Karlie is hardly the first A-lister to take Airbnb up on a complimentary stay. During the 2016 Summer Olympics, her fellow Victoria’s Secret models Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima stayed in a pair of Rio de Janeiro penthouses available for rent on the site. In August, Kim Kardashian took up residence in a $25 million Manhattan penthouse for a several months free of charge while husband Kanye headed out on his Saint Pablo tour.
