Fredrik Eklund might spend his days selling high-end properties to wealthy Manhattanites, but the Million Dollar Listing: New York star has a pretty impressive real estate portfolio of his own.

Although Eklund’s main residence is his stunning apartment in Tribeca, he also has a house in a quaint town in Connecticut, which he purchased in April 2016, according to Variety. Eklund, 39, and partner Derek Kaplan escaped to their country getaway for Labor Day Weekend, and shared inside the high-end digs on Instagram.

The pair’s bucolic property includes rolling green lawns, stone walls and even a charming private pond. “The sunrise this morning as I took the pups for a walk around our pond, reflective like a giant mirror,” he captioned.

The happy couple posed for a few playful outdoor swim shots in an infinity-edge pool surrounded by more lush greenery.

Inside the 5,144-square-foot home is a pristine yet welcoming living room, complete with a roaring fire, an eye-catching crystal chandelier and plush furnishings in cream linen. “Time to write another book,” Eklund captioned this picture, which features his open laptop on the corner of the coffee table.

Although the Connecticut vacation home’s kitchen is beyond welcoming, Eklund’s tribute to his mother-in-law, Barbara Kaplan, is just as warm. “She is a survivor, she is strong, but it wasn’t easy. She is beautiful, she is my angel,” Eklund wrote of this photo of the dining table ready for a family meal, adding, “Love you, Barbara Kaplan. You are everything; you give us life! Now, let’s have dinner.”

Although Eklund bid farewell to his long weekend on Monday, there was one silver lining he included on this shot of the home’s impressive facade. “It’s so hard to say good bye to her, but tomorrow the fall season of selling starts. In New York City!” he writes.

And with more real estate, comes more Million Dollar Listing: New York drama. Happy fall!
