Fixer Upper fans might want to sit down for this one.

Chip and Joanna Gaines’ vacation rental house The Magnolia House, in McGregor, Texas, will start taking reservations for January 1–July 2, 2017 starting tonight at 7:00 p.m. CST — but you better move quickly if you’re hoping to stay at the modern farmhouse. The last time the bed and breakfast opened reservations it was completely booked in under three hours, according to Magnolia Public Relations Director, Brock Murphy.

The Magnolia House was given the full Chip and Joanna treatment, as the couple remodeled the 1800s build to reflect the bright, white style the HGTV stars are known for.

“The design inspiration for this house was taken from my own home, I wanted it to feel like our farmhouse so when guests stay here they feel especially welcome,” Joanna wrote in a post on her website in December.

About twenty minutes outside of Waco and near to the couple’s other attraction Magnolia Market, the Magnolia House gives you the total Fixer Upper experience with a few caveats: the home, which holds 8, has to be booked in its entirety (not on a room-by-room basis) with a two-night minimum. Reservations can also only be made online and check-in is not available on Sundays, although you can make a reservation that can include a Sunday night stay.

If you want your chance to “stay the Magnolia way,” then you better set your alarm and get your iPhone ready because Fixer Upper fans are bound to act fast.
