New year, new baby and new season of Home Town!

Ben and Erin Napier have had an eventful 2018 already. Last Thursday, the couple welcomed their first child together — a daughter named Helen — and tonight they are celebrating the premiere of the season two of their hit HGTV show.

“We’ve all worked so hard to make 10 gorgeous homes for this season,” the new mom writes in a post on Instagram. “We hope you’ll love them each for the things that make them cozy, collected and unique to their owners!”

In this exclusive first look at tonight’s episode, the couple get their hands dirty remodeling a house for young newlyweds who recently relocated to the Napiers’ small town of Laurel, Mississippi.

Ben takes on the brunt of the heavy lifting, helping his crew rip up carpet, tear down an outdated awning and take out old windows — a task Erin says “seems kind of dangerous.”

In addition to his background in building, there’s another reason Ben is responsible for bringing the muscle. Although they announced they were expecting a baby in October, Erin hadn’t revealed her pregnancy to the public when they started filming this season.

“I’m just gonna say the thing you’re all gonna be thinking when you watch season 2,” she said on another photo posted in December. “1. Is she actually pregnant or just giving up a little bit? 2. Helen’s pretty cool but she makes a lousy bump.” She adds the hashtags, #whereareyouhelen and #36weeks.

Although she needed to take it a bit easier on demo day, Erin still offers plenty of emotional and design support to their clients — and her husband.

“You want results? You call us,” Ben assures viewers after showing off his strength on site.

“What a man,” adds his wife.
