Eva Longoria asks that you don’t use her Hermès ashtrays for smoking, please.

“I have Hermès ashtrays all over the house, even though I don’t smoke,” the actress, 41, tells PEOPLE with a laugh. “Every time somebody comes over to smoke and they try to ash in this, I’m like, ‘they’re not for smoking!’”

The colorful and classic trays aren’t the only collection in Longoria’s cozy “casa.” She also gathers china sets, Day of the Dead memorabilia and “a lot of Jesus.”

“It’s just a bunch of stuff that I collect all over the world,” she says of her living room altar where she displays religious figures and photos of late loved ones.

“This cross Mario Lopez gave to me for my birthday one year, I love it,” she says. “He’s my fellow Catholic.”

Other sweet elements in Longoria’s home include a table of family photos that “just reminds me of all the love I have in my life,” and numerous pictures with famous leaders, with an all-time favorite that’s pretty hard to beat.

“Probably my favorite picture, ever, is of me and Oprah!” she says. “Love Oprah. This is going to be my Christmas card I think. Every year.”

Can’t compete with that!
