Property Brothers' Drew and Jonathan Scott Announce New HGTV Show Making Over 'Forever Homes'
Property Brothers: Forever Home, the twins, 40, will follow the twins as they help couples who are already settled into their homes and want to put down roots there, but haven’t been able to do the renovations they dreamed of when they first bought it.
“When a family buys a house, they know when it’s the right one—the fixer upper where they can spend all their time and grow old together,” Drew explained in a statement. “But, before they know it, years go by and the house hasn’t changed.”
“Renovations cost more than they imagine, so their ‘diamond in the rough’ stays rough for years,” Jonathan continues. “That’s why we’re here—to help families unlock the dreams in their uninspiring houses.”
In each episode, realtor Drew will take the couple on tours of nearby renovated homes so they can gain inspiration for the features they want to incorporate into their own space and figure out what fits into their budget. Then, Jonathan will present the homeowners with several 3D renderings of their revamped home and the couple will choose their favorite.

“We will turn these families’ dreams into a reality,” Drew says.
Jonathan adds, “And give them a place they’ll never want to leave,”
The sibling duo already host several successful series on HGTV, and are currently renovating the iconic Brady Bunch home as part of HGTV’s special, A Very Brady Renovation, alongside the six original Brady kids. The Scotts also told PEOPLE in November that they are in the process of creating a sitcom based on their lives for Fox.
Property Brothers: Forever Home will premiere on Wednesday, May 29 at 9 p.m. ET on HGTV.
