Here’s a PSA for Fixer Upper fans everywhere: Chip and Joanna Gaines’ consistently sold out vacation rental house is accepting new reservations!

The couple’s wildly successful property, The Magnolia House, in McGregor, Texas, will open booking for July-December 2017 starting February 15th at 7:00 p.m. CT. But those eager to see the HGTV stars’ work for themselves better act fast: the last set of reservations (for January-June 2017) was fully booked in under an hour.

The historic home, completely renovated by Chip and Joanna in their signature modern farmhouse style, must be rented in its entirety with a minimum of a two-night stay. The rental, conveniently located near the Gaineses’ massive Magnolia Market at the Silos shopping destination, sleeps eight and comes with a price tag of between $695.00-$995.00 per night.

Joanna first pitched the idea of opening a vacation destination to Chip after another couple passed on the property for themselves. Joanna’s hammer-flipping husband agreed it was a “great idea,” according to the website, and the two went to work to transform it into a home that showcases their fan-favorite designs. Now, visitors are flocking to the Texas town to experience the Chip and Jo lifestyle for themselves.

This isn’t the first venture that the Gaineses have embarked on outside of their hit HGTV series. The two released a book in October, Joanna recently expanded her line of paint and Chip will also open a store of his own in one of the Silos at their Magnolia Market property in 2017.

Whether you’re here to experience all of the Waco hotspots (Chip and Joanna have a few favorites) or are only in it for the shiplap and thrift shopping, a stay at The Magnolia House is sure to leave you feeling the Fixer Upper spirit — just cross your fingers you get to it before its gone.
