Chip and Joanna Gaines' Empire: Every Product Line, TV Show and Side Hustle That Has Made Them Wildly Successful
The TV Shows
Taking it back to the beginning, Chip and Joanna's farmhouse-style phenomena started with their hit HGTV show. As one of the highest-rated series in the network’s history, it’s no surprise that the couple was able to launch a spinoff, Behind the Design airing April 3, that details Joanna’s sought-after decorating tips. In September, the couple announced that they'd be ending the beloved series after its upcoming fifth season to focus on their family and businesses.
The Return of the Original Store
Joanna is getting back to her retail roots! She decided to reopen the original location of her Magnolia Store as a “warehouse shop" in March. According to the brand’s Twitter, “The shop will feature last chance items and slightly damaged products at a discount," and is open Thursdays through Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On April 24, Joanna is releasing her cookbook, Magnolia Table, a collection of 125 recipes inspired by her life with husband Chip and their four kids, Drake, 12, Ella, 11, Duke, 9, and Emmie Kay, 7 (baby number five is on the way!). "We wrote this cookbook as a way to share some of our favorite family recipes," she said.
Hearth & Hand with Magnolia for Target
The Gaineses' Target line, Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, first hit stores in November, and has since undergone multiple refreshes, from a spring-inspired collection of bright textiles, classic dishware and office supplies to a roundup of adorable giftables perfect for Mother's Day.
The Vacation Rentals
The Gaineses have transformed their hometown of Waco, Texas into a certified travel hotspot thanks, in part, to their two vacation rentals. The Magnolia House, opened in 2016, books up in minutes every time a block of reservations becomes avaiable. Their newest addition, Hillcrest Estate, is quickly following suit. Availability for 2017 is long gone.

The Rugs and Pillows at Pier 1
Textile maker Loloi collaborated with Joanna on her line of rugs and pillows available at Pier 1. The HGTV star is deeply involved with the process, writing on the Magnolia blog, “These pieces are made with so much rich history and tradition…some of my friends and Loloi took a trip to the small villages of India where some of my collections are made, and I was stunned seeing how beautiful the tradition of rug making is!”

The Wallpaper Collection
Joanna’s wallpaper has you covered (literally). Favorites include “Skinnylap” — a new take on her signature shiplap style — and “The Market,” which boasts blueprints of their Waco attraction. “I love the statement they make,” she's said of the collaboration with York Wallcoverings.
The Kids Clothing Collab
Joanna took her design chops to the fashion world when creating this cute collection! She partnered with the girls’ clothing line, in part because her and Chip’s daughters Ella, 10, and Emmie, 7, had been wearing them for years.
