Calvin Harris Sells Super Sleek L.A. Home for $7M After 4 Years on the Market — See Inside!
A POOL VIEW
The record producer and DJ, 36, bought this micro-compound above Los Angeles's Sunset Strip back in April 2013 and listed it for just under $10 million in January 2016. Now, four years later, he's finally sold it for $7 million, Variety reports.
The outlet also reports that the house has been rented out several times in the interim, as Harris moved out of the property approximately five years ago.

The "zen-inspired" home sits on nearly a quarter-acre of land, with plenty of outdoor space for Harris and guests to dance the night away.
CLEAR AS DAY
Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the house boasts expansive views of L.A.
LIVING IT UP
Harris' house features an open floor plan that connects the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as an additional family room a step down.
The compound boasts four bedrooms – including a spacious master bedroom that overlooks the city – spread out between the main house and a separate two-story guest house.
SCRUB UP NICE
The sleek, minimalist bathroom is the perfect place to unwind after say, headlining a major music festival or selling out shows all over the world. There's also a sauna/steam room located in the home spa.
WORK HARD, PLAY HARD
The office includes plenty of wall space to display any platinum records.
For home shoppers in the movie or TV business, the state-of-the-art screening room is a major bonus.
UNDER THE STARS
When you're done swimming in the infinity pool (which runs up right against the house, thus cutting down travel time), kick back by the outdoor fireplace and maybe toast up a few s'mores.
