Lauren Bushnell Reveals Her New 'Bachelorette Pad' in Los Angeles Following Split with Ben Higgins

Lauren Bushnell has a new “bachelorette pad!”
The former The Bachelor contestant, who split from season 20 star Ben Higgins in May, has officially put the moving-on process in motion. The 27-year-old has relocated from Higgins’ home in Colorado to a new apartment in Los Angeles, and has been busy decorating the space with help from interior design site Decorist.
“I wanted everything simple and clean and airy and California vibe,” Bushnell says during a Facebook live with Decorist design director, Jessica McCarthy.
“We went for a California-glam look,” adds McCarthy.
In the open dining and living room, a brass bar cart — “Everyone needs a bar cart,” Bushnell reasons — marble dining table and woven wood dining chairs set the scene.
“They are literally incredible. They have so much amazing texture, so much personality. The contrast with the marble dining table is really amazing,” says McCarthy of the boho-chic seats.
“And they’re really comfy!” says Bushnell, who made things official with new boyfriend Devin Antin in August.
What completes the feminine vibe, though, is her pretty pastel sofa area.
“I wanted it to be really girly because it’s like a bachelorette pad, so I mentioned a pink couch. I love the fact that we found a pink couch at Bed Bath & Beyond,” she says. “I love it, I think it makes the space. It’s really the focal point.”
Bushnell also knows the key to decorating is in the details, adding, “Obviously the wallpaper is amazing. And then of course the neon sign.”

In her new bedroom, “I wanted very serene and peaceful and girly,” she says. Samantha Santana floral wallpaper, a tufted headboard and a muted color scheme achieve just that.
“I think you really nailed it,” Bushnell praises her decorating muse.
