In early January, the quarterback, 43, and supermodel, 40, finally sold their Boston-area mansion for $32.5 million, after it was on the market for over a year.

The couple originally listed the 12,112-square-foot estate for $39.5 million back in August 2019.

In October 2019, Brady and Bündchen re-listed the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home for $33.9 million— a $5.6 million price cut from the original listing.

The luxurious property boasts a wine room, gym and spa — which includes a massage table, sauna and meditation space — guest house and two kitchens.

Also in January, the Good Will Hunting actor, 50, put his Pacific Palisades-area residence on the market for $21 million.

The 13,508-square-foot home is located on one of the area's most desirable streets, according to the listing, and boasts seven bedrooms and 10 baths.

Sitting on over half an acre, the home is surrounded by lush greenery and is one of the largest properties in the celebrity-favorite Upper Riviera neighborhood.

Greg Norman, $59.9 Million

Location: Jupiter Island, Florida

The Hall of Fame golfer sold "Tranquility," his 10-bedroom, 18-bathroom oceanfront mansion that he'd owned for 30 years for $59.9 million, after just two weeks on the market in February.

"There is no question that Tranquility is an exceptional property," Norman, 66, told PEOPLE at the time. "Its space, privacy, permanent vacation feel, and the exclusivity of Jupiter Island make it difficult to replace or replicate."

After trying unsuccessfully to sell the two-story, 31,820-square-foot mansion in 2008, Norman completely rebuilt and renovated the estate — including the main home, pool house and beach house — which he bought for $4.9 million in 1991.

Tony Gonzalez, $28 Million

Location: Beverly Hills, Calif.

PEOPLE reported in late January that the NFL Hall of Famer turned sports analyst, 45, was selling his Beverly Hills home for $28 million.

Gonzalez and his wife, former "Beat Shazam" DJ October Gonzalez, bought the property for $7.1 million in 2016 and demolished the traditional-style house that stood there, opting for a more modern chateau, according to the L.A. Times.

At 12,855 square feet, the manor — which includes a lighted tennis court, a sparkling pool and lush greenery — is almost three times the size of the house it replaced, The Times writes. It was first listed over the summer for $30 million.

Location: Exumas, Bahamas

The country superstars' 20-acre island was officially on the market, asking $35 million in February, PEOPLE reported.

The couple purchased the property, named L'île d'Anges and also know as Goat Cay, back in 2003. They told Architectural Digest in a 2017 cover story that the Bahamas property was "just a little shack" when they bought it. They replaced the modest structure with a collection of eight "pavilions" that took until 2012 to complete.

Now, it is home to a 6,517-square-foot main residence that boasts four bedroom suites, five bathrooms, and an observation tower, all connected by almost 5,000-square-feet of covered verandas and passageways, according to the listing.

Location: Malibu, California

In early March, PEOPLE exclusively announced that the Baywatch star, 53, had put her four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath oceanfront spread — which she has called home for over two decades — on the market for an asking price of $14.9 million.

The actress purchased the home for $1.8 million in 2000, the Los Angeles Times reported, and first tried to sell it in 2013, asking $7.75 million.

After secretly marrying her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst on Christmas Eve, she is now heading north to her home country of Canada, where the newlyweds will reside on her grandmother's former property on Vancouver Island — a home Anderson purchased for her three decades ago.

Location: Telluride, Colorado

In March,  the 58-year-old actor decided to list his 320-acre estate in Telluride, Colorado, asking $39.5 million.

The 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom property is where he famously sat down for an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2008 and, a year and a half earlier, opened up to Vanity Fair alongside then-fiancée Katie Holmes, sharing the first photos of their daughter, Suri.

According to Vanity Fair, Cruise began making plans for the compound more than 30 years ago. He completed it in 1994 and previously put it on the market for $59 million back in 2014.

Dr. Paul Nassif, $32 Million

Location: Bel Air, Calif.

In late March, the Botched plastic surgeon, 58, officially listed the luxurious home he's been building in Bel Air. Despite not yet being complete, the spectacular property is already on the market asking a cool $32 million.

"This is what I envisioned when I thought about building this house in Bel Air, especially going through COVID: The home is now where you are going to make your oasis, work, play, and raise a family," Nassif told PEOPLE of the build, which he dreamed up as a real estate and design project and never planned to move into.

The home includes seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and four half bathrooms within its 12,130 square feet of living space and sits on just over 1.3 acres.

The extravagant property, which is estimated to be completed in June or July 2021, is situated on a private, tree-lined hillside.
