So much meat. Our 2016 Sexiest Man Alive detailed a day of his carnivorous diet for us, and we’re warning vegetarians now — look away! Along with his meaty diet, Johnson works out five days a week for an hour and 15 minutes a day. “It’s 20-35 minutes of low-impact cardio, generally on the elliptical.
