Kim Zolciak-Biermann has been open about her plastic surgery past, but there's one procedure the 38-year-old reality star is insistent she hasn't had: a nose job

Kim Zolciak-Biermann hasn’t been shy about her plastic surgery past. She’s documented her breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery on her Bravo reality show Don’t Be Tardy, spoken openly about Botox and fillers — and even showed off some cellulite injections she received in her rear.

But there’s one procedure the 38-year-old reality star is insistent she hasn’t had: a nose job.

On Wednesday’s Watch What Happens Live!, host Andy Cohen took Zolciak-Biermann to task on the matter — showing a side-by-side shot of the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum comparing her face today and her face during her first season of the hit Housewives franchise.

“So you don’t think that nose is a little different Kim?” Cohen asked. “It doesn’t hang down differently?”

Zolciak-Biermann stood firm. “No!” she said. “If I’m going to have a nose job, it’s going to be a hell of a lot shorter. It’s not going to go down in my mouth.”

“Everything’s kind of changed,” she added — which Cohen swiftly agreed on.

Husband Kroy Biermann tried to defend his wife, but Andy was quick to remind the football player that he’s been around for the entire evolution. “I’ve known her longer than you have,” he teased Biermann. “And she had a different looking nose!”

Cohen also asked Zolciak-Biermann about her plump lips. “Is it possible your lips have gotten bigger since I last saw you?” he wondered. “Sweetie, you need to stop.”

She took the jabs in good fun, though promised she hadn’t “gotten them done in a while.” She even pointed to her 19-year-old daughter Brielle Biermann, who was bartending, telling Cohen the two had gone to Los Angeles recently and didn’t get their lips done.

Cohen didn’t agree. “I feel like the two of you are bigger since the last time I saw you,” he joked.

In the end, Zolciak-Biermann blamed her changing features on genetics and her pregnancies. “Google it,” she joked — referencing her 2012 song.

Watch What Happens Live! airs Sundays through Thursdays (11 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
