Forget going gluten-free – ditching dairy alone helped Khloé Kardashian lose some serious weight.

The reality star says that just foregoing her usual dairy-filled faves like pizza and ice cream slimmed her down by 11 lbs. in just a month and a half.

“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference,” Kardashian says in an interview with NewBeauty magazine.

“In a month and a half, I lost 11 lbs. just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different.”

Kardashian also talked about feeling self-conscious about her skin in the magazine’s Winter-Spring 2016 cover story.

“I have moles and freckles and they irritate me. They are an insecurity of mine, and I wish I could have clear, beautiful skin,” she says. “I’ve had people say that I have breakouts on my back when it’s really my moles. Those are things I don’t know how to fix.”

Those insecurities may also be one reason why Kardashian says she’s open to trying plastic surgery.

“I haven’t done Botox or anything like that yet, but I have no problem doing it,” she says. “If I need filler, and when I do, because one day I will, I’m going to get it. But until then, I’ll do whatever I can to prevent wrinkles and aging.”

Kardashian previously talked about her complete diet overhaul that helped her lose around 40 lbs. total in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said she used to eat for no reason.

“I was a mindless eater. I ate for comfort. I also ate out of boredom and habit. I ate when I was unhappy (which I’m sure many of you can relate to),” she said. “I even ate chips because I love the crunchy sound they make. And I didn’t give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body.”

But the reality star also added that she doesn’t do diets, because she thinks they’re torture.

“Don’t diet. When you diet, you are basically setting yourself up for failure. I mean, the word die is in there!” she said. “You’re not allowing yourself to enjoy the food you love, and it will only make you want it that much more. Make smart lifestyle changes, one baby step at a time.”
